Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped from Portland, OR.
Please note that DanceTrackMagazine.com/shop offers free standard shipping on all orders over $75.00. Simply choose standard shipping in the shopping bag or checkout. Transit times vary based upon your location. The map below will give you an approximate idea as to how many days it will take your order to arrive at your door. Remember to add 2 business days for order processing.

Standard orders are shipped via SmartPost. Ground, Express and Air orders are shipped via FedEx with the exception of orders being delivered to AK, HI or PR as well as orders destined for military addresses or PO Boxes. These orders will be delivered via SmartPost or US Post Office.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must be in their original condition and include all tags.

Return/Exchange Instructions:

1. Complete the return/exchange form that was sent in your package.
2. Repack the item in a suitable box or bag and include the return form.
3. Attach the return shipping label to your package.
4. Place your return package in your mailbox, US Postal Service blue collection box, give it to your postal carrier or drop off at any post office.

If you choose not to use the return label, DanceTrackMagazine.com/shop will not be responsible for any lost returns for which customers cannot provide proof of delivery.

RETURNS:

No Payment is necessary when you mail your package. A flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

EXCHANGES:

Use the prepaid label and only pay shipping one way! There is no charge for return shipping but you will be charged for the items being reshipped to you.
